When flashing the ESX_LTp, you should not use the IEC1131 Application and Run Time System settings for the hex file type in Winflash. This will load the program into the wrong sectors of memory, which will not hurt the controller, but will not allow the program to run properly.
Please use the User Defined setting with the following sectors:
For the application:
8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18
For the Run Time System:
3,4,5,6,7
