Floating point problems in datapool editor

Non-integer values for Datapool element scaling parameters "factor" and "offset" were reset to the lowest possible values when re-entering the spin-edit field in the editor. This has been fixed.

Improving long loading times when opening projects with CANopen manager with complex devices assigned

Performance when loading EDS files has already been improved in previous versions.

To improve loading times further a mechanism for "on demand" loading of CANopen Manager EDS file loading was introduced.

Now EDS files that are part of a CANopen manager configuration will only be loaded when really needed.

e.g. by the GUI when editing the CANopen Manager configuration.
